Project Manager (Raleigh, NC)
As a Project Manager in Raleigh, NC, your primary responsibility would be to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining project scope and objectives
- Developing a detailed project plan and schedule
- Coordinating internal and external resources for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensuring project deliverables are met according to specifications.
- Managing project budget and resource allocation
- Monitoring progress and performance and making adjustments as necessary.
- Communicating project status to stakeholders and management
- Managing project risks and mitigating any issues that arise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Several years of project management experience
- Proven experience in project planning, execution, and closing.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana.

American Sign Language Interpreter ( Washington DC)
As an American Sign Language Interpreter in Washington, DC, your primary responsibility would be to facilitate communication between individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing and those who can hear.
This may include interpreting in a variety of settings, such as schools, medical facilities, government agencies, and more.
Key responsibilities include:
- Interpreting American Sign Language (ASL) into spoken or written language and vice versa, accurately conveying the meaning and intent of the message
- Demonstrating cultural competence and a deep understanding of the deaf community and its culture
- Maintaining professional and ethical standards, including confidentiality and impartiality
- Staying up to date with current events, terminology, and trends in the deaf community
- Collaborating with other interpreters and support staff to provide high-quality interpreting services
- Adapting to changing circumstances and environments, and providing effective interpretation in real-time
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interpretation, Deaf Studies, or a related field
- Professional certification from a recognized organization, such as the National Association of the Deaf or the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf
- Strong fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) and English
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
- Ability to remain neutral and impartial while interpreting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in interpretation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
